1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, accessing, or using the EasyApp platform (operated by EasyApp Technologies Limited, including all sub-services such as Digital Storefronts, WhatsApp Commerce, and Cloud POS), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Merchant Storefront & Product Content
Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy of catalog items, menus, descriptions, prices, photos, and compliance with local retail and trade regulations published through their EasyApp storefronts. EasyApp provides the technology infrastructure and ordering bridge to connect businesses with buyers across Africa.
3. WhatsApp Ordering & Communication Engine
EasyApp provides automated ordering bridges and customer management tools that dispatch structured notifications and order summaries to merchants and customers over WhatsApp and mobile networks. Delivery fulfillment, item quality, and localized payments remain between the merchant and the end customer.
4. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing
Certain advanced features (such as custom domains, multi-branch management, high-volume automated WhatsApp broadcasts, and deep analytics) require an active paid subscription (Growth Pro or Enterprise Scale plan). Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing cycle unless cancelled via the merchant dashboard prior to the renewal date.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Merchants agree not to use EasyApp to advertise or sell unlawful items, fraudulent financial schemes, hazardous substances, or unauthorized copyrighted materials. EasyApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any merchant account violating these policies.
6. Platform Uptime & Service Availability
We strive for continuous 99.9% uptime. However, services may occasionally be interrupted for scheduled upgrades, cloud maintenance, or network issues beyond our reasonable control.
